Yardvo currently sells and delivers to customers in the United Kingdom.
At this time, our shipping service is intended for UK delivery addresses only. If an order is placed with an unsupported delivery address, we may contact you to correct the address, request an alternative eligible address, or cancel the order and issue a refund.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been successfully received and the order has passed our standard review checks.
Processing time may be slightly longer during:
- peak periods
- public holidays
- high order volume periods
- product availability checks
- address verification or delivery scheduling requirements
Orders are not usually processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or public holidays unless otherwise stated.
4. Estimated Delivery Time

6. Delivery Method for Sheds and Large Items
Because sheds are large products, delivery may differ from standard parcel shipping.
For bulky deliveries:
- the carrier may contact you in advance to confirm a delivery date or time window
- someone may need to be available to receive the goods
- delivery is generally made to the main entrance, driveway, curbside, or ground-floor accessible area, depending on the site conditions and the carrier’s service terms
- assembly, installation, lifting over fences, carrying through the property, or placement in a specific garden location is not included unless explicitly stated on the product page
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- the delivery address is accurate and complete
- access for delivery vehicles is suitable
- the location is safe and reasonably accessible
- any restrictions such as gates, narrow access, stairs, parking limitations, or building access rules are disclosed before dispatch when relevant
If access is not possible at the time of delivery, additional charges, delays, or redelivery arrangements may apply.
7. Order Confirmation and Dispatch Confirmation
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, we may send a shipping or dispatch confirmation with delivery details when available.

10. Incorrect Address Information

then the order may be returned to the depot, delayed, or subject to redelivery fees.
For bulky shed deliveries, missed appointments can create extra transport and handling costs. Where such costs are charged to us by the carrier due to customer-related delivery failure, we reserve the right to pass on reasonable redelivery costs.
12. Delivery Inspection on Arrival
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If the packaging appears visibly damaged, or if any item appears missing, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, please contact us promptly at contact@yardvo.com with:

- clear photos of the outer packaging and the product
- any delivery note or carrier information, if available
Prompt inspection helps us resolve shipping issues more quickly with the delivery partner.
13. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may investigate the issue with the courier and may ask for supporting details before confirming the next step. Depending on the situation, the resolution may include:

15. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
